Nutrient Management Planning
TeamAg Inc. will develop a Nutrient Management Plan that meets Pennsylvania Nutrient Management Regulations. As part of the development of the Nutrient Management Plan, TeamAg Inc. will visit the farm to collect data needed to develop the Nutrient Management Plan. During the farm visit a Barnyard Management Evaluation (if required) and a Field Conservation Practice Evaluation (if required) will be completed. TeamAg Inc. will develop maps required for the Nutrient Management Plan.

Nutrient Management Mapping
Digitized GIS maps showing field boundaries with acreage, waterways, diversions, buildings, wells, storage facilities, buffers, highways, roads, and streams. Aerial DOQ photographs and soil type data are also utilized to provide a high quality map for planning purposes.

Once the plan is developed and the landowner is in agreement with the contents of the plan, we will submit the Nutrient Management Plan to the county conservation district for approval. TeamAg Inc. will work with the county conservation district to seek approval for the Nutrient Management Plan.

Three-Year Plan Recertification
State Nutrient Management Regulations require a recertification of approved plans on a three-year basis.

Revisions
Nutrient Management Plans require periodic changes over time as an operation changes over the years.

Phosphorus Indexing
TeamAg Inc. will evaluate the soil test results from each field and determine which fields need to be indexed. We will then run the Phosphorus index on all fields required to be indexed. This will involve a visit to each field, review of the conservation plan, and a review of the field management. Management recommendations will be based on the outcome of the index and will be provided for all affected fields.

Record Keeping Requirement and Templates
Farm / field specific record keeping instructions and forms to assist the operator in the implementation of the Nutrient Management Plan. Templates are field / acreage based. This makes them a simple way to record the records required by the Nutrient Management regulations.

Develop a Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CNMP)
TeamAg possess the experience, education, technical and interpersonal skills, and financial recourses needed to develop Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans. If the items outlined within this proposal are implemented the major components of a CNMP will be in place.
