All work to be done in accordance with the Pennsylvania Technical Guide (PATG) NRCS standards and construction specifications.
Bid & Contracting Requirements
Pre-bid Site Showing: October 22nd, 9am at 347 Shirktown Rd, Narvon, PA 17555
Bids Due: November 5th, by 4:00pmĀ
Bid Opening Date/Time: November 7th, 10am – online and at 120 Lake Street, Ephrata, PA 17901
- This project shall be awarded as a single contract to a primary GC, using subcontractors as needed.
- Prior to signing a contract, successful contractors will be required to provide the following:
- Certificate of insurance based on the services or product provided
- Proof of registration with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- TeamAg, Inc. will manage the construction of this project and perform inspections during construction to ensure construction is done in accordance with sealed drawings and specifications.
- Contractors are to provide invoices and weekly Prevailing Wage Certifications ( LLC-25) to Sarah Xenophon, at sarahx@teamaginc.com, on a regular basis. The first and last weekly certifications must be notarized per ACAP requirements.
- Reimbursement will occur only after practices are completed and verified by TeamAg staff, and after appropriate documentation is provided to the Lancaster County Conservation District for review.

Construction is expected to start within 60 days of the contract being awarded.
- All subcontractors engaged by primary contractors must follow all the provisions of primary contractors.
- Upon completion of the contracted work, contractors shall sign a Certification of Performance that all work was performed according to the design drawings, specifications, and the NRCS Pennsylvania Technical Guide.
