Our Team:

Randall Hoover, PE

Senior Engineer

Randy joined TeamAg in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Appropriate Technology from Drexel University. Randy became a PA Professional Engineer in 1999 and is also licensed in MD, VA, DE, and WV.


As Senior Engineer, Randy helps oversee the engineering services for TeamAg. Randy is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, and is a registered Technical Service Provider.

Matt Hood, PE


Matt joined TeamAg in 2011 after receiving a Master’s Degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University.  Prior to his time at NC State, Matt worked as a designer at an engineering consulting firm following graduation from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering.  Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.


As a Project Manager, Matt works closely with clients and TeamAg staff to successfully and efficiently complete projects.  Matt is a member of his township’s Planning Commission.

Keith Hodge, PE


Keith started as an intern with TeamAg in the summer of 2008, then joined TeamAg full time in 2009 after graduating from Penn State University with B.S. degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. He took a hiatus to obtain a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from NC State University and then returned to TeamAg in 2015. Keith was initially registered as a Professional Engineer in 2014 and maintains licensure in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Connecticut.


Keith is a project manager and engineer with a focus on site planning, manure management facilities, and alternative manure management.

Jeremy Weaver

Project Manager

Jeremy joined TeamAg in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Regional Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998. Prior to joining TeamAg, Jeremy worked for the Lancaster County Conservation District (2001-2004) and with The USDA-NRCS (2004-2007) in the Lancaster Field Office. Jeremy’s Professional influences include former NRCS State PE Hosea Latshaw, current NRCS PE Eric Ashley, NRCS Civil Engineering Technician Gary Ballina and current LCCD Engineering Specialist Jim Saltsman.

As a Project Manager, Jeremy works closely with clients, TeamAg staff, contractors, Municipal representatives, Private Partners as well as State and Federal Agencies to successfully and efficiently complete Ag conservation BMP projects. Jeremy is Vice-Chairman of his Townships Planning Commission

Andy Hibbs, PE


Andy is a professional engineer who has been employed by TeamAg since September 2013.  His duties include the planning, design, and construction oversight of agricultural waste management systems.  He previously worked 20 years for the Union County Conservation District as the Regional Conservation District Engineer, performing similar duties.  He obtained his professional engineer’s license in Pennsylvania in 2006 and is also licensed in Maryland.   Andy was raised on a family beef farm in central Pennsylvania and has always had a passion for agriculture.  He has worked on neighbors’ dairy farms, assisting with the milking, feeding, and crop production.  His work experiences also include logging, road construction, and surveying.  He holds a degree in Surveying Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, both from Penn State.  He and his wife are raising two children and enjoy watching them grow in knowledge, wisdom, and stature.

Cameron Renehan, PE


Cameron joined TeamAg in 2012. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University. Cameron became a PA Professional Engineer in 2017.


As a Project Manager, Cameron is responsible for overseeing various land development projects and technical design, including stormwater management and erosion and sediment pollution control plans, and coordination of state and county permitting.

Jeff Giger, PE


Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Penn State in 1992 and has 25 years of experience working in structural engineering. He is experienced with timber, concrete and steel structures in agricultural, industrial, residential and government.

Mark Myers, PE

Project Engineer

Mark began working with TeamAg in 2012. He received his B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, Pennsylvania State University in 1983 and is a PA Licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering since 1990.  In 2007 he became a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, and in 2008 a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality.


Mark serves a project engineer with considerable experience in site design, construction inspection, stormwater management and permitting on various land development projects.

Terence (Abe) Repine, PE


Abe received a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State University and is a PA Professional Engineer. He is retired from positions with Soil Conservation Service and Natural Resources Conservation Service.

He lives on a beef farm in Centre County and serves as a quality control inspector in northern and western PA for TeamAg.

John Zaginaylo, III, PE


John is a retired Engineer with 35 years of experience with USDA-NRCS providing technical support for planning, design, and construction quality assurance. John is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania to better serve clients in northern PA and lower NY.

John operates a dairy farm with 80 cows and 250 acres of crop land with his daughter, Rosalie and wife, Laune where he has installed many of the conservation practices and programs that TeamAg services and promotes.


Eric Sauder, EIT

Engineering Technician

Eric joined TeamAg in 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. As engineering technician, Eric is often in the field completing surveys and inspections.


Additionally, Eric utilizes his experience in sustainability to develop support for regenerative agriculture and agricultural ecosystem services, like soil carbon sequestration, at TeamAg.


Andrew Haralam

Engineering Technician

With a B.A. in Accounting, Masters-level course work in Earth Science, and field work experience with Enviroscan Inc. and Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op, Andrew utilizes his former training to collect farm-level data through surveys, infiltration testing, and quality assurance inspections.

His passions converge at the nexus of equitable food systems, human health (mental and physical), and environmental protection and conservation. Additionally, Andrew is supporting the development of regenerative agriculture services at TeamAg.
