Job Title: Part-Time Billing Specialist
Position Overview:
TeamAg is a group of passionate and skilled engineers and consultants working to improve the environmental and economic performance of farms across the mid-Atlantic region.
TeamAg has an opening for a Part-Time Billing Specialist in Lancaster County, PA. The Part-Time Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s billing cycle to ensure accurate and timely invoices. This role also provides occasional support with tracking customer payments and updating account records, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or clients
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue balances, as needed
- Maintain organized billing documentation and assist with audits, as needed
- Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure proper revenue recognition
- Respond to billing inquiries and provide clear communication with clients
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within the agricultural industry
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, electronic invoicing systems, or ERP platforms
